Why do we recommend it so often? The Biorb Siphon Hose will save you a ton of time while cleaning your aquarium, and it will also help to clean your biorb or biube more thoroughly. The Siphon hose allows you to siphon water out of your aquarium and remove the fish waste & dirt that settles at the bottom of your aquarium. If you don’t use a siphon hose when you do water changes you are leaving all of the fish waste in your aquarium, which doesn’t really help clean it at all! Its kind of like washing your clothes with no soap, you can rinse them and it will help a little bit, but you need something to help get the dirt out.
